I have been sitting in my lounge watching television all day. I can see who walks past my house through the front window. No-one has come to my house apart from the postman. Definitely no courier.
I had an email from Hermes to say my package had been delivered to a neighbour and a photo of some grass but no address. Very disappointing service.
