This is the worst delivery company known to man. Avoid like the plague. They gaslight you with Tracking messages that are complete fabrications - items don't turn up. Annoyingly they will claim you're were not into deliver when in reality no attempt to deliver has been made. You can't phone or email these cretins; and the live chat a joke - an automated service that is useless if you're trying to query non delivery. I really hope they go bust sometime soon. My parcel from Amazon has never been delivered - I suspect it has been pilfered. The optional queries that accompany this review should include "Was your item never delivered?" as this is my experience.
