We normally use the Hermes shop drop off service, however due to COVID-19 we have had to use the collection service. We used them once in the first lockdown and we had to wait over a week past their stated pick up date and then they only came because we complained. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and chose to try again. Our parcel should have been collected Friday 30th October but yet again they have not collected our parcel, I find this service very poor and lacking in any form of organisation in this area. I would not recommend this service to any body if they find them selves in need of a parcel being collected I would tell them to use an alternative provider. Regards Mrs Mandy Saunders
