Absolutely AWFUL courier service of late. Far too many lost, damaged and delayed parcels. New website is totally naff! Labels don't print out and bulk uploading is now non-existent! Claims take twice as long to process as they used to and staff are far too remote.
Why don't you end the misery and instead of constantly shooting yourself in the foot blow your brains out. That way we can all have an end to the frustration!
