I have received an email and text from MyHermes UK that my Asos parcel was delivered to my student accommodation. However, the wrong package was delivered. I have upload screenshots as a proof.
I tried contacting Hermes and was not able to find an email or number to contact them from, only an automatic Bot with limited capabilities to track my parcel.
If this review was received by any of their customer support services, I would like to request either the right package to be delivered or get a refund.
