Truly awful courier service. I'm on day three of what should've been a next day delivery. Online tracking is deceitful, often updating with retrospective information. Pathetic online chat that does nothing but put you through the FAQ, no email address to contact customer service - sure sign they are incompetent but want no written record of it.
Will now check courier service for any online purchases, if they use Hermes I'll shop elsewhere. Debenhams use them, and I unfortunately I will not be online ordering from them in the future
