Another parcel "missing/lost". I hate it when I order something from a big company and I find out that Hermes are delivering it, fills me full of dread because I don't think I've ever really had a good experience. I honestly don't know why big companies use them, I'm guessing they're cheap?
I have nothing good to say about them at all. Trading standards need to get involved.
