Parcel was damaged on delivery and £200 worth of items inside were missing. Contacted the seller of the goods and confirmed they dispatched everything and will be in touch with Hermes. This happened in Norwich, prior to blackfriday.
All i can say now...hope these thieves get what they deserve and i will get my items soon.
