Hermes makes me shudder when I hear that an online purchase is being shipped by them. They may be cheap for the shipper but they are a disaster for the receiver.
Lost parcels, false claims for having delivered and a total inability to speak with anyone at Hermes.
Give them a wide berth - they are totally useless.
