1 star is extremely generous. I have never experience customer service as bad as this.
They lost a parcel, promised a refund of only £27.20 yet then declined to refund me this for an insufficient reason. Greedy with money I suppose?
Please don’t waste your time with this company, not reliable and you’ll spend hours on hold to speak to someone who will hang up.
