Their customer care services is very poor. Please don't waste your time and money. My parcel hasn't been collected since 31 October 2020 and we're now in November. Their customer services is totally rubbish. The phone numbers provided don't work. There is no one to call. They don't even answer calls. The Holly digital assistant is rubbish. It doesn't answer all your questions. The online support is utterly useless. They quickly take your money but don't talk to you
