I ordered from FETCH (Orcado pet suppliers) last Saturday. I got a special Sunday delivery and paid £7.99 courieir costs for this delivery..
Its 5.30pm Sunday 15 November 2020 today (a week later) and I have run out of cat food so am very disappointed.
I emailed Fetch and got a reply to say they would reply in 24 hours or longer! I phoned Hermes the couriers and was advised the parcel was at their depot and I would be advised further. I will not use this service again and hope this warns other trusting customers of what to expect. Thank you.
