Don't use Hermes! I honestly struggle to understand how this company are still going. So far they have lost my parcels on more than 1 occasion. Failed to collect one & now, they never even attempted to diver my parcel, just returned to the sender. Believe me not my choice of delivery company. I have messaged the company to see if another courier service can be used. That's just my experience, I have plenty of family & friends that have had stuff stolen, damaged, delivered to a completely different address & I'm sure we've all seen those videos posted to youtube showing how their delivery drivers handle our fragile goods. The sooner these close, the better!
