Hermes are useless and if you can avoid using them then I wouldn't use them. I have been trying to find out where my parcel is that i ordered 7 days ago but all i keep getting from the automated service and chat line is that it is being delayed but they cannot tell me why or anything else with regards to my delivery, only to contact the company i placed the order with despite having a tracking number and 2 messages from them stating they have my parcel.
