Completely useless. Claim that they were unable to deliver (at 12:30 on a Monday) because “you weren’t in.” This is an office, and there are always 4 or 5 people (including me) within earshot of the front doorbell. No email contact. Phone helpline is a pre-recorded message that returns to website. They get one star because there is no zero star rating. Avoid this company.
