If i could give less than one start i would have. An absolute joke of a company. Despite paying for a large and light parcel collection from my house. They failed to collect the parcel after 5 days. They kept putting the order through to the wee man with a wee car to collect. Which clearly was not going to work and after the first failed collection. They kept putting it through to the same wee man. Who did not even bother coming to my door. Each time i called to find out what was happening they claimed to say that the parcel was unsuitable. Absolute farce....now cancelled and using a company that has a clue....USE PARCELFORCE PEOPLE not these bunch of clowns
