Tracking says 'delivered' but I never received any parcel. They use the tracking as concrete proof of delivery when in fact they employ dodgy drivers who steal. I have spoken to my local Hermes driver about my supposed delivered parcel and he claims he has no idea. All the parcels I have ever had delivered by this driver have been photographed by him whilst handing it ti me but my "supposed" delivered parcel doesn't have a photo attached to the tracking no. This company is an absolute joke an their customer service is non-existent. It is impossible to speak to an actual human on the phone and the number for my local depot just rings and rings and nobody ever picks up. The only way to ever get to speak to anyone is if you go to your local depot or head office. If I could give no stars, I would. It's beyond me why people use this company. They couldn't run a bath!
