I arranged for a parcel to be collected and returned to me back in August, they lost said parcel and to the date of writing I am still trying to claim my money back for the loss of the item and postage and insurance paid. It’s impossible to try and speak to a human being and if you’re lucky enough to get one it’s no help at all. Nobody has any information, they promise someone will call you and nobody ever does, all of my emails are being ignored and my last resort now is to take legal action. Avoid this company at all costs!!!!!
