Appauling service. Sadly, lots of retailers use them to deliver goods to the customers because they are cheap. I would rather paid more and had my purchases delivered by someone with brains and a sense of professional responsibility. CONSISTENTLY fail to deliver, and then lie that they delivered. Not possible to get hold of them and the calls are rip off at £6+
