Terrible service!! Parcels never turn up when they should, say they have been delivered when they haven't (then usually turn up days late). Booked for them to collect a parcel return yesterday, they didnt arrive after spending the whole day in waiting for them. Cant get through to a human on the phone at all. The business I was returning the item to managed to get them and they said there was nothing booked despite me getting a confirmation email with the date and address it was meant to be picked up from. No reply when I emailed them to complain. I have never heard a good word about them. Avoid!
