Terrible, terrible, TERRIBLE!!! Package was marked as delivered to a "safe place" yesterday although it was dropped off right outside the door. Had an image as proof, fair enough. I get home 20 minutes later and there's no package. Tried contacting Hermes, but everything is automated, so I just get a "confirmation" the package is delivered and I can't get through to anyone. Well, guess what? We've got a front door camera that's not obvious. Checked the footage and it was the driver himself who stole the package right after taking a photo of the delivery!!!! Worst company ever!
