I’m trying to send a parcel with them. I arranged a pickup by a courier for yesterday. I spent 12 hours waiting and no one turned up. No communication from them either. I did my research and found out that courier was unable to collect my parcel and that they will try the next working day (meaning today). Today I’ve been waiting since this morning and started investigating if their courier was coming only to learn they were unable to collect, so they will try tomorrow. Do they expect I will be sitting at home for eternity waiting for a courier to turn up at all. I have already been charged by them for the service they haven’t provided. No communication from their side, also impossible to speak to a person. I will never ever use them again!!!!!!
