Parcel paid to be picked up Monday , didn’t happen. Put query in and the next day pm message sting someone looking at issue !!! end of second day parcel STILL not picked up even though automatic system says it will be . It lies . At least a person doesn’t lie at Hermes as it’s impossible to speak to anyone . Given up , will NOT be using this firm again and I will certainly, to the best of my ability, ensure no one else I know does Atrocious service and even worse customer service.
