There customer service and delivery driver are so rubbish that I’m beginning to think how are they getting away with this. How is the law letting them. There driver has put up a fake photo of another house and told them they have delivered my parcel. When they haven’t. And when you want to complain there’s no humans to talk. They bloody have robots online and on the phone.
