The delivered my parcel at the wrong address, something I found out by myself because they kept insisting that it was the right location. Customer service is non-existant, with my investigation being dealt by 12 different people rather than one from the beginning They also tried to blame the Netherlands post office even though the parcel got lost in UK. They claimed that they couldn't rearrange the delivery because they couldn't get in contact with their own driver (pathetic). Impossible to talk to a human being through the phone, complaints can be done only through their own website/app (clever eh ?). I would define them borderline a scam. I went to ring to my neighbors (3 different houses) to find my parcel.
