Employ real people to handle customers issues not your pathetic automated service which just acts as a blocker and totally frustrating
I had a delivery yesterday which never arrived but you email me saying delivered, contacted the sender who informed me it was at Plymouth depot so not only is your system rubbish it seems your drivers lie about delivery.
Spend some money and employ a real customer support team
