Absolutely diabolical service, have had issues with them in the past with non deliveries and incorrect updates. This time said they delivered and took a photo of my parcel out on the pavement in the rain at a location not recognizable and no where near where the delivery address. Personally I feel they have thief's working for them who are taking advantage of the COVID restrictions, taking random photos and keeping the goods for themselves!!!! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM USING THIS CROOK COMPANY
