Kept getting update that they can't deliver my parcel which was a total bs as our house is easy to find and they never had an issue before. You can't talk to anyone to check what's wrong and they do not get in touch with you either about it. I'm pretty sure they just stole my parcel and since they have no real costumer service they can get away with it. Disgusting. Will avoid using them in the future.
