Shocking. The worst delivery company ever! Shocked that Hamleys have associated themselves with such an awful company.
Failed delivery twice claiming no one was home when the delivery was to a restaurant which is open all day.
No method to contact customer services. Shocking and ridiculous delivery service.
DPD, Royal Mail abs Amazon have delivered to me with no issues. Hermes has every excuse. Worst delivery service.
