No delivery despite being given times and dates. Just a robot to talk to on the phone and Holly the digital assistant No help. Customer service very poor. Still waiting since second delivery slot between 1 and 3 pm. Now 4.30 and no sign of parcel. Too much dependence on technology, no real service.
