If I could give it 0 stars I would. I’d seen videos before of how poor they are with peoples items. My parcel came opened with the chocolates been opened and clearly eaten some of them, bathing items including a set with a body wash scrunchy emptied out in the box. They had clearly opened up the box attempting to steal it thinking there was something worthy in there, only to see it was washing essentials and chocolates. Currently attempting to return the whole lot for a refund.
