was told delivery between 4 pm and 8pm at 3.15 pm received text saying parcel delivered along with a photo of a green recycling bin with a parcel in it Not my bin as mine has a black bin liner and this bin was on gravel and mine sits on block paving tried unsuccessfully to contact Hermes this is 3 rd time Hermes have made a delivery to my property first 2 deliveries were left at the drive entrance next to the road despite the fact that i i have a very accessible porch which was open this last delivery has clearly been left at another house although what moron thought that laving it in a recycle bin was the correct way to deliver ? i thought the whole idea of taking a photo of parcel was so it could be proof of delivery A photo of a package in a green bin is hardly proof of delivery unless it has a house number on it which this one didn't which has made it impossible to track down The missing parcel was from next who are resending it after todays effort I'm not holding my breath Its made me very nervous about ordering on line which with the current covid situation is a real problem Rubbish company and rubbish service or rather lack of it really hope they lose the business from next !!!!!!!
