I've never been so angry in my entire life! These clowns have "lost" yet another parcel of mine (an expensive MONSOON dress), that's the second this month! Over the last year these incompetent fools have lost four parcels of mine, and it's ALWAYS expensive items! I wish someone would put them out of business..... they're the most aggravating bunch of cowboys I've ever encountered! A very shoddy outfit indeed!
