Paid for next day delivery to arrive 21/11/2020 to arrive before 19:00 Parcel was sent to Hermes, Gloucester, they did not deliver, no communication..No one answers the phone ..Worst courier service and would not recommend. Wasted day waiting for them arrive , very unprofessional, no idea when or if I will get my delivery . I would give no * if option was available . DO NOT USE HERMES!!
