Useless, useless and useless. How come royal mail, parcelforce, DPD, yodel, FedEx to name but a few can deliver to my house, but I NEVER receive parcels being delivered by Hermes they are always returned to sender. Have tried contacting customer service that's a joke. I have just had 8 parcels being delivered by Hermes returned to sender, but managed to receive 6 six other via other couriers. ??????
