Would give them a minus rating if I could. Watched Hermes arrive outside my flat. they didn't attempt to press my buzzer (I'd given them the flat no. as well as my mobile phone no.) Actually watched them chuck my parcel at the communal front door and drive off!! I live on one of the busiest roads in Edinburgh and if I hadn't been looking out, somebody could have helped themselves to an early Xmas present. Hermes, you really need to get your act together!! Decidedly unimpressed and will not purchase from anyone who Uses Hermes as their courier in future.
