Terrible service. Failed to deliver my parcel. My customer took legal action against me. Impossible to contact them. No idea what happened to my parcel. They claim to have a 'Customer Service' phone number which is just an automated tracking service that tells you nothing. Completely impossible to get any customer service. AVOID!
