Hermes are cheap for a reason - they 'employ' individuals who work out of the back of an old Astra... ...regretably their literacy skills are insufficient, such that they cannot read the delivery details. This is particularly bad on weekends. I have encountered problems with Hermes' 'couriers' on six occasions now. Hermes have no real customer service. Their livechat isn't - it is automated and incapable of responses to courier problems. THeir phoneline is also automated... ...and useless. Firms use Hermes because they're cheap - if they began to recognise that Hermes' appalling service reflects upon them, they would use other reputable firms, and perhaps Hermes' standards would improve. AVOID!!!
