Left my parcel at the entrance of a block of flats... after 3 attempts! Baring in mind there are 11 flats in this building. I waited in to hear the doorbell (for no reason) and just decided to go & look for it. This is the 3rd attempt they have made, which is good of them in that sense, but this was only due to them only getting the wrong arrangement time (as contacted personally). Before receiving my item, the courier & I had texted back and fourth but the messages became rude and unclear. I suggested collecting it from them because she told me she had it on her, I replied saying I was confused. She said the best times for her was when her son had woken up. It was hard to understand that this was coming from the actual courier. Terrible communication and overall very strange! Will definitely be actively avoiding items delivered by Hermes.
