Absolutely rubbish delivery service lately. What is going on MyHermes?
Lately, their deliveries have been a nightmare to me and my customers.
One parcel I sent to a customer and two weeks later was returned back to me with no explanation and missing items.
Two parcels I posted and there have been no updates on their tracking system. To be honest, MyHermes deserves a 0 star rather than 1.
