Email stated that they would deliver between 12 and 2pm today. Parcel didn’t arrive. Was in all day waiting and then got an email to say they’d tried to deliver at 4.15 but no one was in. This is not the first time this has happened either. Hermes are the worst delivery company. Very unreliable.
