Waited for my parcel to be delivered on 28th Nov 2020 between 18:00 - 20:00. In all day and eve, received a message 20:23 attempted delivery unable to leave in a safe place. Lies, Lies, Lies, have security cameras confronted the delivery guy the next day when it was finally delivered. Ok, I understand busy time of the year but please don’t lie. The delivery guy states that there are they are unable to delivery after 20:00 and there was no option on his system to state they were running late. Come on Hermes get your act together or loose business. I now considering companies that use Hermes before placing orders.
By the way this is not the first time!
