Appalling company.
Recently purchased some ceramics....which appeared to be well packed by the sender but, nevertheless arrived smashed. They must have read the 'Handle with Care' labels & purposely mishandled it!
The company has a big list of items they don't insure against (there isn't much they DO cover!)
So, this is a total loss of a beautiful item.
WARNING!! DO NOT MAIL ANYTHING VIA THIS COMPANY!!!!
