Hermes is a complete and utter waste of time. You have “conveniently “ “LOST” my parcel that was in a clearly marked JD box. Someone is benefiting with my Xmas present.
I can’t even speak to a human. I will NEVER buy anything from a retailer that uses HERMES. THEY ARE RUBBISH.
WHY WHY WHY do companies use then is beyond me.
I’m sure if they were responsible for the refunds on “lost/stolen” goods that all of a sudden the parcels would get delivered.
