My partner has had two packages 'delivered' by Hermes this week. The first did not arrive (but was marked as delivered) the second arrived in a battered box that appeared as if someone had opened it and routed through the contents, some of which was missing.
This is not the first issue that I have had with this company and the sooner people stop using them the better.
Terrible company, avoid at all costs.
