Paid for collection via phone, to collect on 29-Oct-2020. I've stayed at home (specifically) all day, nobody came. They came next day when we already used alternative courier. Spoke to the driver, he said it's okay to cancel and we will get a refund. No refund came through. Eventually managed to open a ticket online, after couple of days automatic message came saying: 'Thank you for getting in touch with your parcel enquiry which is being looked into by Rachel at your local depot, as this is the Customer Services Team in the best place to help resolve your enquiry.'
Yeah, right... There was no answer until now. When I checked it - says Solved. I mean really? No refund, no e-mail, nothing, and yet it's solved? Well, eat those £10. Will never use Hermes again and I will make sure my family, relatives and friends are also aware. Thank you.
