I ordered from SimplyBe - Hermes held the item at their local distribution point for 5 days then without me or the retailer requesting it, they returned the item to the retailer. What sort of service is that? It was a birthday present and the last one in stock. They are the absolute worst courier service in the UK and from now on I will try my utmost to avoid retailers who use Hermes.
