Hermes has also had my parcel at the local depot since 19th November despite having said it will be on the move within 24 hours.
Tracking has NOT been updated since 19th November and the online assistant is no help. Where is my parcel? What's the point of shipping information of the information inaccurate or not properly updated? Why is everyone having the same problem?
