For over a month I tried to recover my property from Hermes aka Parcelnet. I even wrote twice to the CEO Martijn de Lange with no reply. The executive office of Hermes does not care about what you, the customer, may have lost to their incompetent parcel courier system, as evinced by the emails I've received from them. After a month of emailing, here is a direct quote from correspondence received from Hermes Executive Office: "Please be advised a thorough investigation has been completed and the item was damaged and in no condition to be delivered and the parcel was destroyed." Parcels don't get 'lost', they get stolen by Hermes staff. Hermes have admitted to intentionally destroying £760 of my property and there is no way I'll recover that money.
