No Urgency by Hermes to Sort their Non-Collection Error! A parcel was not collected by Hermes on the arranged day. Though a Hermes courier delivered a parcel to me on that day, he refused to take the arranged parcel even though their printed label was attached, because he had not been asked to collect it. Now 6 days later & 3 days following a complaint to their so say 'helpline' collection is still outstanding. You can't talk to a Hermes human and even writing to their CEO twice has not even produced an acknowledgement. I will not be using them again as when things go wrong, there is no urgency to put matter right. In the meantime the recipient has to-date paid for an item hasn't been received within a reasonable period!
